The Open Data Repository of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine  provides access to the information stored in it, in particular to data sets, and other related files in electronic form, placed on the terms of open access, through the official web portal of the Repository DataverseUA, which has link https://opendata.nas.gov.ua/.

The manager of the Open Data Repository of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is the Institute of Theoretical Physics named after M.M. Bogolyubov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in accordance with the order of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine dated February 7, 2023 No. 67.
The administrator provides:
• functioning of the DataverseUA Repository;
• accumulation, preservation, systematization, publication and distribution in electronic format of a set of open data published in Ukraine or originating from Ukraine;
• monitoring the arrival of data sets to the DataverseUA Repository and providing information on the use of its resources;
• forming and providing open access to the register of data sets submitted to the DataverseUA Repository, placed under open access conditions;
• information security and technical support of the DataverseUA Repository;
• information support for the development of education, science and innovation through open access to open data contained in the DataverseUA Repository;
• information integration with other Open Data Repositories;
• support of the policy of open science and open access and the necessary conditions for stimulating employees of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to transfer data sets in electronic form and remove (partially or completely) access restrictions for visitors and users of the DataverseUA Repository.
The administrator is responsible for the preservation of descriptive, personal information in electronic form and data sets transferred to the DataverseUA Repository, as well as for ensuring access to them for visitors and users in accordance with the regime defined by the Regulations.
The DataverseUA repository is located on the material and technical base of the Administrator and is accessible via the Internet to visitors and users from any place at any time without any restrictions on the level of education, profession, specialization, etc.
