The Regulation is the main document that defines the terms of operation of the Open Data Repository of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter the DataverseUA Repository).
The Regulation defines the procedure for the DataverseUA Repository, the procedure for its filling with data sets, their storage, systematization, provision of information for open access, interaction with institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and other users, information integration with other open data repositories, in particular open data resources of Ukraine and other countries, application of analytical tools.
The regulation was developed taking into account all the provisions defined in the "Concept for the implementation of European principles of open science in the NAS of Ukraine for 2024-2030", which was approved by the resolution of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine dated November 29, 2023 No. 400.
